Day To Day Itinerary
Day 01 - Kolkata
Arrive at Kolkata and shift to the hotel to relax.Afternoon a half-day
tour of Kolkata City. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 - Kolkata - Basanti - Sunderbans
Early morning drive to Basanti. From Basanti you will be transferred by
motor fitted country boat to the tourist lodge located in the Sunderbans
Islands. Afternoon view wildlife from the watchtower near the lodge.
Overnight stay at the jungle lodge.
Day 03 - Sunderbans
Morning full day river cruise with packed food and fruits. Halt at
Sajnakhali watchtower (here you have the possibility of seeing the Royal
Bengal Tiger) and viewing the Mangrove forest from the creeks. Overnight
stay at the jungle lodge.
Day 04 - Sunderbans - Basanti - Kolkata
Morning boat ride back to Basanti. On the way touring through the river
(lunch on the boat). Arrive at Basanti and drive back to Kolkata and check
into your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05 - Kolkata
Depart from Kolkata. Drive to the airport to board flight for onward
journey.
